This chapter covers all ten Texas Hold’em hand categories in order from weakest to strongest. The 10 Hands (Weakest to Strongest)
- High Card — No matching ranks, no sequence, no flush. Your highest single card plays.
- One Pair — Two cards of the same rank.
- Two Pair — Two different pairs.
- Three of a Kind — Three cards of the same rank.
- Straight — Five consecutive ranks, any suits.
- Flush — Five cards of the same suit in any order.
- Full House — Three of a kind plus a pair.
- Four of a Kind (Quads) — All four cards of the same rank.
- Straight Flush — Five consecutive ranks, all the same suit.
- Royal Flush — T–J–Q–K–A all of one suit. The unbeatable top hand.
